After 2 1/2 weeks of drinking this coffee, I noticed that my high blood pressure readings were much lower than before: what was once 189/110 (on meds), was now at a steady 132/74. I kept drinking at least one cup a day not only because of the additional health benefits but because of the exquisite taste. In my humble opinion, there is no finer coffee on the Planet. It's easy to share this coffee simply because of the taste. It's a keeper because of the value and benefits it can bring into a person's life. This coffee has changed my life completely and I am forever grateful to the person that cared enough about me to share it . I not only have noticed my lowered blood pressure, but also: less headaches & migraines. I have not had any of the symptoms I had before with 'regular' coffee, which were: nausea, burning stomach, caffeine jitters & crashes. Some of the allergens that affected me horribly are now non-existent. Another non-existence: my sugar cravings.  Coupled with taste, these are all beneficial reasons in and of themselves to continue drinking this brand, not to mention the price. It cannot be beat.
